Your information may be stored in a cloud based storage service such as pCloud, based in servers based on Luxembourg. pCloud is an industry leader in cloud storage providing secure encrypted cloud storage. B. Access Controls. We restrict access to your personal information to authorized personnel who require this information to perform their designated functions. This includes select employees, contractors, authorized personnel, who are directly involved in providing, improving, and maintaining our services to you. Each authorized individual operates under strict confidentiality obligations and can only access information necessary for their specific role in serving you.


C. Payment Security. Payments relating to our website will primarily be made through a third party vendor and subject to that vendor’s privacy policy.


D. Security Updates and Incident Response. In circumstances where security incidents occur through the systems of our third-party service providers, any resulting liabilities are governed by the respective service provider’s Terms & Conditions, separate from Blue Anole’s obligations.
